Acceptance
By creating a SocialHat account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SocialHat.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SocialHat to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to impersonate others, or to link to malware or illegal material. We may suspend or remove pages that violate these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant SocialHat the limited licence needed to host and display that content on your public page and in features you request, such as wallet passes.
Service availability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
