Who we are

SocialHat is a link-in-bio service that lets you publish a single public profile page with your links, socials and contact details. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account data you provide: a username, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optionally a display name, bio, email address, phone number and profile photo.

Content you create: the links, contact cards, colours, theme and wallpaper image that make up your public page.

Usage data: when someone views your public profile or clicks one of your links, we record the event with a timestamp and IP address so we can show you visit and click counts.

What is public

Your profile page and the content you put on it are public by design. Your account email and phone number are private and are never shown on your public page unless you deliberately add them as a contact card.

How we use your data

To provide the service, render your public page, generate wallet passes you request, and show you your own analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can edit or remove your links, photo and contact details at any time from your dashboard, and you can request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us.
